Course 4: Identify TCP/IP Resolution Problems
Understanding how TCP/IP communications work is key in identifying where problems are based. In this course, Laura explains the TCP/IP resolution process used for all applications. Starting from the point a user executes a command to communicate with a remote server, Laura walks you through the process of getting that first TCP SYN (connection request) packet onto the wire.

In addition, Laura will explain what you should see in a trace file when there is a problem with one of these processes.
